Admission Policy
In keeping with the elementary school, the Lerner Preschool Program accepts applications from children who have one parent of the Jewish faith and whose family supports the mission of the school. Touring the school and participating in a preschool playtime screening are part of the application process. Preference is given to children who have a sibling in the elementary school.
The Lerner Preschool Program is for children ages 2½ - 5. Children must be 3 years old by January 31st of the year they enter the program.
Admission Process
Our admission process includes the following steps:
- Call to arrange a tour of our Preschool pavilion with our Director of Admissions (919) 286-5517
- Fill out an application packet
- Return completed application along with a non-refundable application fee
- Your child will be invited for a playtime screening and observation
